Based on the ending of last week's episode of Alphas, my hunch:

I don't think Rosen was shown the truth about who the mole is.

That way, the true mole's identity remains a secret...and Parish gains a new loyalist (or at least a new noncombatant) when Rosen alienates Rachel.
